A Little Bit About Me

Hello! My name is Nicole and I am a designer in the greater Salt Lake City, Utah area. I am passionate about putting people first and creating memorable learning opportunities.

In my early years, I found myself gravitating toward design; whether it be watching interior design reality shows or making complex PowerPoint mazes and Christmas wish lists.

After spending my high school and undergraduate degrees pursuing interests ranging from math to communications, I decided to revisit a career in design. In August of 2021 I enrolled as a graduate student in the Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences Department at Utah State University. I graduated with my Master of Arts in 2023 and began working as a UI/UX Developer at Weber State University.

I have found a lot of value in my various instructional design and eLearning development roles and I am excited to further my career in future design roles.

My Values

  • Leave everything better than you found it
  • Do it right the first time
  • Listen first, ask questions later
  • If you think you've found the root of a problem, dig deeper
  • Accessible design benefits everyone
  • Never stop being a learner
