Degree Works Peer Advisor Coordinator

Restructured the Peer Advisor Certification Program to focus on Peer Advisors’ professional development and the creation of new initiatives in their departments.

Produced new training modules and integrated existing training plans to a centralized Canvas page for over 35 Peer Advisors campus wide. Directly involved in the hiring and onboarding process for 4 Peer Advisors.

Collaborated with several departments throughout USU to increase the use of Degree Works and implemented a marketing plan to increase student success and retention.

2021

Academic Advisor

Independently managed a caseload of 400+ students in two separate departments at the Huntsman School of Business by supporting students’ academic goals and analyzing student data with Argos, Salesforce, and Excel.
